125 ml raw cashews or pine nuts
160 ml tomato
30 ml lemon juice
15 ml nutritional yeast
1 clove garlic
5 ml sea salt
1 L broccoli florets
- Blend all ingredients, except for the broccoli, until creamy.
- Toss blended ingredients on the broccoli florets.
- Set on covered dehydrator tray.
- Dehydrate for 8-10 hours at 48°C in the Sedona Express Food Dehydrator.
- Enjoy fresh!
