water

500 ml water

miso paste

15 ml miso paste

tahini

15 ml tahini

garlic

1 clove garlic

curry powder

5 ml curry powder

green onion

1 green onion

Soup Ingredients

kelp noodles

250 ml kelp noodles

Red Bell Pepper

60 ml sliced red bell pepper

napa cabbage

60 ml chopped napa cabbage

Red Onion

60 ml sliced young thai coconut

zoodles

60 ml zucchini noodles

cilantro

cilantro and green onion to garnish

Directions

  • Blend all broth ingredients in the Personal Blender until well-combined.
  • In large bowl, pour the blended broth over the soup ingredients.
  • Enjoy fresh!
