Ingredients

banana

3 frozen bananas

coconut milk

180 ml coconut or almond milk

peanut butter

15 ml peanut butter

protein powder

half scoop salted caramel protein powder

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to your blending container.
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and top with chia seeds, granola, buts, and fresh fruit.
  • Serve and enjoy!
