Let’s be honest, who doesn’t love a sweet parfait for breakfast? This health driven recipe blurs the lines between breakfast and dessert!

Servings: 500 ml

Ingredients

milk

500 ml nut, seed, or oat milk

strawberries

125 ml raspberries or strawberries

chia seeds

60 ml chia seeds

agave

60 ml raw agave nectar

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into your blending container and blend for 1 minute.
  • After blending, let the chia mix sit for 15 minutes before layering with fruits. Layer in an 250 ml mason jar evenly: 125 ml chia mix, 125 ml seasonal fruit, and then another 125 ml chia mix.
  • Repeat for second serving.
