2 avocados sliced into 6 mm pieces
250 ml ground golden flax
5 ml sea salt
5 ml paprika
- Mix together the flax, salt, and paprika.
- Roll in sliced avocados to the mix.
- Layer onto a dehydration tray and dehydrate at 52ºC for 2-4 hours!
- Enjoy fresh over salad, in tacos, wraps and more!
