We are so grateful you are here! For the past 4 years, we've been offering a live worldwide juice cleanse every January with expert hosts The Sprout Brothers, Noah & Ari Meyerowitz and Nutritionist/Chef Jenny Ross, plus special guests. We've received so much positive feedback that we wanted to make this information available year round to our friends in health looking for a great balanced cleanse. Sample Shopping List

This shopping list has been compiled from 5 of our favorite recipes. This cleanse offers many other options in the recipe packet. If you prefer to go with a different juice, swap out the ingredients (times 7 of course!) and make the adjustment to the daily plan.

Simple Greenstar Juice

☑ 12 stalks celery
☑ 24 cups spinach
☑ 6 heads kale
☑ 18 green apples

Grapefruit Fat Flush

☑ 12 grapefruit
☑ 24 lemons
☑ 12-18 cloves of garlic
☑ 16 oz flax oil or raw olive oil

Almond Mylk Colon Cleanse

☑ 2 cups raw almond or other raw nuts
☑ 8 cups coconut water
☑ 12 Tbsp ground golden flax seeds
☑ ½ cup cacao powder
☑ cinnamon powder

Tahini Miso Tonic

☑ 16 oz mellow white miso (raw, non gmo)
☑ 12 lemons
☑ 16 oz tahini paste
☑ 2 heads cilantro
☑ 2 bunches green onions

Root Vegetable Juice

☑ 48 carrots
☑ 12 beets
☑ 8 stalks celery
☑ 8 limes

Recipes for Getting Started

Simple Greenstar Juice

Simple Greenstar Juice

Makes 16 oz

• 8 ribs celery
• 1 cup spinach
• 4 leaves kale
• 1 green apple

Directions: Juice all ingredients, alternating your produce during juicing for best results.

Grapefruit Fat Flush

Grapefruit Fat Flush

Makes 8 oz

• 1 large grapefruit
• 1-2 lemons
• 1 clove garlic (optional)
• 1 tsp cold-pressed olive oil

Directions: Juice all ingredients, save oil. Add oil per serving before enjoying.

Almond Mylk Colon Cleanse

Almond Mylk Colon Cleanse

Makes two 16 oz

• ½ cup almonds
• 3 cups coconut water
• 4 Tbsp flax seeds
• 2 Tbsp cacao (optional)
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 pinch sea salt

Directions: Blend nuts and water then strain. After straining add optional ingredients and blend.

Tahini Miso Tonic

Makes 16 oz

• 12 oz fresh water
• 1 Tbsp miso paste
• 4 oz lemon or lime juice
• 1/4 cup tahini paste
• 1/8 cup cilantro
• 2 Tbsp chopped green onions
• 1 clove garlic (optional)

Directions: Blend well.

Root Vegetable Juice

Makes 16 oz

• 6 carrots
• 1 beet
• 8 ribs celery
• 1 lime (skin removed)

Directions: Juice all ingredients, alternating your produce during juicing for best results.

Tips for Success

Shopping

Many people shop for half their list on Saturday to begin juicing on Sunday for their start on Monday. We recommend preparing at least 2 days worth of beverages at once—this reduces stress and allows for you to make course corrections as needed.

Tools

A basic blender and a juicer, plus a good knife and cutting board are the basic tools you'll need. We also recommend grabbing a few mason jars for easy, toxin-free storage of your beverages.

As written, the program designed by Steve Meyerowitz is well-founded by scientific research and years of experience.
