125 ml avocado oil

30 ml mustard

30 ml balsamic

5 ml dried Italian herbs

1 pinch sea salt
Salad Ingredients

500 ml chopped kale

250 ml kelp noodles

60 ml cilantro

60 ml sliced tomato

30 ml sliced kalamata olives

30 ml raw cashew cheese

30 ml pepitas

5 ml dulse flakes
Directions
- Blend all dressing ingredients in an 250 ml mason jar using the Personal Blender II.
- Prepare all salad toppings.
- Layers salad first with kale, then kelp noodles.
- Add 1/2 dressing mix and toss.
- Add all remaining salad toppings.
- Finish with dressing and enjoy!
